Legal Case Services: Objective TBI Evaluation and Reporting
NeuroField partners with attorneys and legal teams on matters involving suspected traumatic brain injury (TBI) and persistent post concussion symptoms. We provide advanced, brain based assessment services designed to bring clarity to complex cases through objective measurement, expert clinical interpretation, and polished reporting.
Dr. Nicholas Dogris, Ph.D., BCN, QEEG-DL brings extensive forensic and court related experience to NeuroField’s legal case services. He served as a forensic evaluator for the Inyo and Mono County Superior Courts for over 12 years, conducting sentencing, competency, and child custody evaluations, and has been named as an expert witness in over 400 cases. Earlier in his career, he worked in county mental health systems and served on an emergency response team in Orange County, authoring more than 300 psychiatric 5150 holds. This background informs the clinical rigor, objectivity, and clarity of NeuroField’s evaluations and reporting for attorneys and legal teams.
Our work is appropriate when you need to evaluate whether a client’s findings are consistent with brain injury related patterns, distinguish neurological factors from non neurological contributors, and support informed case strategy with data that is clearly communicated.
