Last Updated: June 15, 2026

We at NeuroField Neurotherapy care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how Gamma Jam Brainworks, Inc., doing business as NeuroField Neurotherapy (“NeuroField,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses the personal information we collect from or about you when you visit our website at neurofieldneurotherapy.com, submit a form, or sign up to receive communications from us by email or text message (collectively, the “Services”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Your Health and Medical Information

This Privacy Policy does not apply to health or medical information collected from or about you when you receive care or treatment from our licensed practitioners. That information is Protected Health Information (PHI) governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and described in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices. You may receive separate privacy notices and informed-consent documents before and during the course of your treatment. If there is ever a conflict between this Privacy Policy and HIPAA regarding PHI, HIPAA and the Notice of Privacy Practices control.

Any wellness or health-related details you choose to share through a marketing or lead-capture form (for example, your goals or reasons for contacting us) are collected for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and are treated as sensitive personal information under California law. They are separate from PHI.

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect the following categories of information from you:

  • Identity and contact data - information that helps us identify and contact you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number.

  • Wellness data - information you choose to share about your wellness goals and your reasons for contacting NeuroField, for example through an intake or lead-capture form.

  • Transaction data - information about your purchases or enrollment. We use a third-party processor for payments, so we do not collect or store your payment card information.

  • Technical data - information about the device you use to access our Services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and platform.

  • Usage data - information about how you use our website and Services, including the pages you visit and your engagement with our emails and text messages (for example, whether a message was opened or a link clicked).

Generally, we collect your personal information directly from you - such as when you complete a form, contact us, or sign up for our email or SMS lists. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and we may receive information from third parties such as our analytics and advertising providers.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We may use your personal information to:

  • Respond to your requests, questions, and customer-service inquiries;

  • Send you marketing and informational communications by email and, with your consent, by text message;

  • Process your transactions and provide the Services you request;

  • Personalize, measure, analyze, and improve our website, content, offers, and advertising;

  • Detect and prevent fraud, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

  • We do not use wellness or health-related information you submit for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may also aggregate or de-identify your personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you, and use it for analytics, research, and other lawful business purposes.

How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your personal information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers - vendors and contractors who perform services for us, such as email and SMS platforms, hosting, analytics, and payment processing, under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.

  • With advertising partners - platforms such as Meta and Google that help us deliver and measure advertising. Under California law, some of this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in the Cookies and California Privacy Rights sections below.

  • As requested by you or with your consent - where you ask us or affirmatively agree to share your information with a third party.

  • For legal reasons - to comply with applicable law, subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NeuroField, our users, or others.

  • In a business transition - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

As described in the SMS section below, your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Email Marketing

We send marketing emails only to people who have signed up or otherwise agreed to receive them, and our emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes a clear way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email, or by emailing us at admin@neurofieldneurotherapy.com. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as replies to your inquiries or transactional messages about a purchase.

SMS / Text Message Marketing

If you opt in, we may send you marketing and informational text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms in this section. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

  • Consent - we send marketing texts only to individuals who have given express written consent, for example by submitting a form with a checkbox or by texting a keyword to our number. The specific program terms are presented at the point of sign-up.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your mobile contact information, phone number, or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing under any circumstances. We may share your number only with service providers that help us operate our messaging program, and only as needed to deliver our messages to you, under confidentiality obligations.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device that lets a website remember your actions and preferences. The cookies we use generally fall into these categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies - required for the website to function and for you to access its features.

  • Functionality and preference cookies - remember you and your settings, including your privacy choices.

  • Analytics cookies - help us understand how visitors use our website. We use Google Analytics for this purpose; you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the rights described below. In the past 12 months we may have collected the categories of personal information described in “Personal Information We Collect,” including, where you provide it, sensitive personal information in the form of health-related details you submit through a form.

Because you may submit health-related details through our forms, we treat that information as sensitive personal information. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and provide the Services you request, and we do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you or for cross-context behavioral advertising. To request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal information, email us at admin@neurofieldneurotherapy.com with "Limit My Sensitive Information" in the subject line, or use the "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link where provided.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
